Please also pay attention to below issues while installing our RGBWW Flex LED Strip:

DO NOT mount the RGBWW LED strip entirely on an edge (i.e. the end of the strip should be at least 2″ away from any surface).

Take care not to tear or stretch the RGBWW strip as this will cause damage.

The RGBWW LED flexible strip works best on a clean surface. The surface should be free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, etc. Use the supplied alcohol wipe to clean the surface before installation.

The RGBWW LED flexible strip is only compatible with 24 volt DC power sources.
