There are clearly minimum cutting lines and pads on the COB strips. As the distance between two LED chips are too close, we suggest you cut the COB strips while light on the strips with lower current. Normally DC12V strips can be cutted every 25mm, while DC24V strips is cuttable every 50mm.

Because the PCB which we used on this COB LED strip is only 4mm width which is super narrow. There are always some areas which do not have too much space and you have to use very tiny COB LED strips. Then this is the perfect solution.
