360° gleichmäßige Ausstrahlung:

Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen LED-Streifen, die ihr Licht hauptsächlich in eine Richtung abstrahlen, strahlt die 360° LED Neon Flex ihr Licht gleichmäßig in alle Richtungen über ihren gesamten Umfang ab. Das bedeutet, dass sie aus allen Winkeln eine konsistente und gleichmäßige Beleuchtung bietet und keine dunklen Flecken oder Schatten hinterlässt.

Flexibel und verformbar:

Unsere 360° LED Neon Flex mit ihrer einzigartigen Produktstruktur ist so konzipiert, dass sie sowohl starr als auch flexibel ist und eine außergewöhnliche Formbarkeit bietet. Dieses Design ermöglicht einen vielseitigen Einsatz in verschiedenen Umgebungen und passt sich komplexen Formen und Oberflächen an, ohne dabei an Haltbarkeit und Ästhetik einzubüßen.

Hoher CRI mehr als 90Ra:

Der CRI der von uns verwendeten LEDs liegt bei über 90Ra. Daher nennen wir unsere LED Neon Flex auch: High CRI LED Neon Flex. Im Allgemeinen werden CRI-Werte (Farbwiedergabeindex) von 90 und mehr als ausgezeichnet angesehen; Werte unter 80 gelten jedoch im Allgemeinen als nicht gut.

IP 65:

Unsere 360° LED Neon Flex ist IP65 geschützt, UV-beständig, lösungsmittelbeständig und salzwasserbeständig. Dot-free bringt die beste Leistung für Innen- und Außenanwendungen.

What material options are available for end caps ?

There are two materials available for you to choose from:

1. Silicone End Cap: Made of high-quality silicone, offering good flexibility and durability, easy to install by directly fitting onto the end of the neon strip, semi-transparent, allowing light to pass through without interruption.

2. Metal End Cap: Heat-resistant metal material, suitable for high-temperature environments, requires screw fixing, providing a more secure installation than silicone end caps.

What’s the neon flex’s minimum bending radius and safe shaping method?

To ensure the life and reliability of the strip, please ensure that the diameter of the bending should be greater than 200mm.

For installation of strips over 2 meters in length, it’s required that two individuals collaborate on the task.

During installation, please avoid twisting or irregular bending of the strip, and avoid any operation that will scratch the strip, otherwise it may cause irreparable damage to the product.

Can I cut the 360° LED Neon Flex myself?

This product should not be cut, as improper cutting can damage the strip. Customers are advised not to cut the product themselves.

If a specific length is required, please inform us in advance so we can customize it for you. Thank you.

Are there any precautions regarding the power supply?

For optimal performance and safety, use a DC24V isolated constant voltage switching power supply with a ripple voltage under 5%. Using other power supply types may damage the product or pose safety hazards. In practice, maintain a 20% power reserve on your power supply (it is recommended to use only 80% power of the power supply) to ensure stability.

It is strictly prohibited to connect the power supply with electricity in case of electric shock. Please ensure that the voltage of the power supply matches the voltage requirements of the product before proceeding with the wiring.

When using multiple power supplies, the situation of parallel connection of the positive pole of the power supply should be avoided. It will lead to instability of the power supply system and damage to the product after long-term operation.

Can LED Neon Flex be used in newly renovated environments?

Test results indicate that formaldehyde and benzene substances can cause yellowing of silicone products. When silicone products are used indoors in newly decorated environments with epoxy floor paint, wall paint, wallpaper adhesive, various decoration materials, or new furniture, there is a likelihood of formaldehyde and benzene emissions.

To prevent the adverse effects on silicone materials, it is recommended to either remove formaldehyde and benzene from the environment after the completion of new decoration before installing the strip or ensure proper ventilation for a period of time before installation.
